  • Health Care Management systems including specialised health care administration and/or patient management databases to record client details such as names, treatment, health records, etc.
  • Electronic Medical Records for digital record keeping, management of patient information, data handling and privacy, processing, and interpretation. For example, to log daily entries to record the details of health care visits
  • Internet search, data handling, and processing. For example, to locate health-related information within specific databases or on medical websites, search consulting references, such as the Compendium of Pharmaceutical and Specialties, or access training courses and seminars offered by suppliers, employers, and trainers
  • Medical digital tools, such as intravenous pumps controlled by digital input of data, such as rates of flow
  • Communication software such as Microsoft Outlook/Gmail to exchange email and attachments with other members of the health care team and video calling software such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc. for online consulting
  • Common office devices including printers, fax, copier, etc.
  • Time management software to track the amount of time spent with patients and report hours worked
